Sullah is a General category assembly seat and one of the 17 assembly segments of the Kangra Parliament Seat.Sullah Kasba is a small village in Sullah Tehsil in Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh State, India and It comes under Sulah Kasba Panchayath. In this assembly, the dominant political party are BJP and INC. Both Vipin Singh Sharma, the current MLA of the assembly, and Kishan Kapoor, the district’s MP, were chosen to serve in that capacity. The 2011 Census report shows that SC and ST assembly goers, together with Muslim voters, rural voters, and urban voters, who make up around 1.3%, 100%, and 0% of the population, respectively, make up 19% and 3.68% of the assembly’s total voting population, respectively. A total of 103417 voters cast ballots during the 2019 Parliamentary Election at the 130 polling locations in the Sullah assembly. Further, as of the 2019 election, 68.93% of Sullah’s registered voters cast ballots for the assembly, down from 72.37% in the previous one(2017). Dharamshala, Pathankot, Talwara and Mukerein are the nearby Cities to Sullah. It is 434 metres above sea level. Here language is Hindi and Kangri.
